Processing Times
All orders take approximately 7 business days to process before shipping out. Once shipped, Canadian orders take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive; USA & International takes approximately 12 – 30 business days to arrive in the destination country – it is then handed off to your local post system for processing and final delivery.
Vancouver Police Foundation Store Free Shipping Details
The VPF Store offers free shipping on purchases of $120 or more, in the same purchase order, shipped to the same address. This offer is not valid on shipping & handling charges. No adjustments will be made on previous purchases. If you order two or more discounted adoption kits or items, the total value must be $120 or more, to be eligible for the free shipping offer. Please note that VPF Store’s Free Shipping offer is subject to change without notice.
Standard Shipping Costs & Delivery
Your shipping cost is calculated with Canada Post rates based on the total weight of the items in an order and the location of the address you are shipping to. When you spend $120 or more at the VPF store, you will be eligible for free shipping to one address, as described above.
Please note: K9 Crookies are only available to ship within Canada and Aviators are only able to be shipped to addresses in Canada and the USA. Also, effective March 10, 2022, Canada Post suspended air package services to Russia and Belarus; as such, orders to these countries are not currently able to be processed.
